R.E.S.T is an acronym for Resources Equipping Strategizing for Turnover. It is the Leadership and Manpower Development Arm of GTI. We offer special training for Churches and business organizations in the area of Management and Leadership development. However we have a special approach to leadership through Conferences and Camp Meetings for Secondary and Tertiary Institution students. This in our thinking will help the Church and the Nation prepare their leaders at least ten to fifteen years ahead of time. The problem of recycled leadership will be effectively taken care of. We also organize training and Mentoring for Political Leaders and Political Aspirants.
