It is a training session (School of Ministry), put together specifically for Ministers, Pastors, Missionaries and Church Workers as well as aspiring Leaders in the Church. It is an annual refresher program for Christian leaders and it comes up twice a year. Participants are regularly updated through Magazines, Newsletters and monthly Tapes on Present Truth and the move of God. It also provides opportunities to interact with one another thereby expanding their views and the scope of their influence in the Ministry.
